TEKI classes are an innovative way for any student to explore the basics of engineering, programming, and coding. In our Junior and Senior robotics class, students will build through collaborative projects designed to demonstrate key principles of STEAM. Our curriculum provides the best mix of fun and education for your child. Using popular topics and themes, such as Minecraft, Roblox, NASA and BattleBots, we offer classes that will build curiosity to guide them through our custom-built curriculum.
Calling all future architects and engineers! Students will build and program simple machines and robots using LEGO WeDo 2.0 kits, K’NEX, and other engineering software. Your child will be challenged to use problem-solving skills and teamwork throughout the semester. Sanitized computers and equipment will be provided, as needed.
In this class we will use EV3 LEGO robotics to bring Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to our everyday life. Our robotics coach supports students with an emphasis on programming and teamwork. Each of the projects begins with a robotics research simulation question in which students are guided step-by-step through the building and programming of a new solution and technological answer. Sanitized computers and equipment will be provided, as needed.
